Uninstalling Temenos Infinity Prior to 14.00

Prior to version 14.00.00, Temenos Infinity's Collection module used three installers. To uninstall Temenos Infinity, uninstall the Web, Application (App), and Database programs from all machines on which the system is installed by completing the following steps:

Access Task Manager and end any processes, such as Dllhost and anything running as the Temenos Infinity service account, that are associated with the Web, App, and Database.

Navigate to the Control Panel and select Programs and Features.

In older versions of Microsoft Windows, this is called Add or Remove Programs.

Prior to uninstalling the Web, App, and Database it is important to note the environments from which these items are being uninstalled as these items should be reinstalled in the same locations during the upgrade.

From the program list, click Uninstall for the following programs:
1. Akcelerant Productivity Framework Application
2. Akcelerant Productivity Framework Database
3. Akcelerant Productivity Framework Webite

The programs must be uninstalled in the order listed.

The program begins to uninstall. Once the program completes uninstalling, click OK to continue.

The following message may be recieved during the uninstallation process, click OK to ignore the message.

Reboot the server.
Repeat these steps on all subsequent machines.
